As a smaller than average, oversubscribed school, we use our size as a strength to build deep trust with our community and maintain a calm, respectful culture. Our strategy is built on two pillars: academic ambition for all and expert support for all, particularly the most vulnerable, including those with SEND needs, those in care and those from disadvantaged backgrounds. By maintaining and striving to improve our high attendance, we ensure that every student, regardless of their starting point, feels they belong and has the support to achieve their best.
